If I offer a recruit a scholarship, does it stay on the table or do I need to reoffer it if he rejects?

Scholarships remain 'on the table' until one of the following happens:

  1. The recruit accepts your offer,
  2. The recruit accepts someone else's offer
  3. The scholarship offer is withdrawn by you
